Tell us about yourself : I’m 59 years old and have been gaming forever. Pong, Atari console games, the old arcade games at my local watering hole. I remember playing a game on an old compac portable that was the size of a suit case with a 5.5 floppy and a green CRT screen at work. I can’t remember the name of the game, but it was like D&D. No graphics just text! Can you imagine that? PC gaming is my thing not the consoles, but I’ve tried Nintendo, Sega, Xbox, Play Station, Wii. Just can’t get the fingers to work right on the controls. Missing the geek gene, I guess. Played all the Wolfenstein, Fallout, Doom, and a few other “find something to play until the next release“ games. I had a friend that introduced me to Everquest when it first came out. I was majorly hooked. Played it and loved it. Corrupted my 3 sons to the game. We played as much as we could, grouping together, joining guilds, raids, and having a good ole time. When EQ2 came out we moved to it. We tried WoW but went right back to EQ2. I myself have played the Everquest Franchise for 19 years before I left. Played a lot of other games, Battlefield, Vanguard, Linage, Rift, WoW, Archage, Wildstar, WoT, Elder Scrolls, Star Wars, Starcraft, Warframe and many others. As you can see, I am not a “hardcore player” as I was with EQ2. I would consider myself an average casual player but can turn into a hardcore player with the right game. I’m searching and hoping Pantheon will fill that itch. Right now, I’ve been doing the Crowfall testing, playing Elder Scrolls Online, and Wot.
